The location is perfect. we loved being so close to the Mall of Emirates and found our spacious room cozy enough for the whole family, including our small dog. The decor creates a nice atmosphere, and the staff, especially Apple, made everything easy and enjoyable.
My kids wished for a more kid-friendly menu.

I had a memorable stay at this hotel, particularly for its proximity to the Mall of Emirates and various shops that were easily accessible. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff went out of their way to assist us, especially Arif, who helped coordinate transportation and made adjustments for our disabled child, enhancing our comfort significantly!
However, the rooftop pool could use more lounging space, particularly during peak hours.

the hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk to the mall of the emirates and only a bit further to catch a glimpse of the stunning burj al arab, making my weekend explore of the city an absolute delight.

The hotel features clean and comfortable rooms, with a nice size perfect for two. It’s located within walking distance to the metro, and the beach shuttle service was a big plus. The rooftop pool was refreshing after a long day, despite not having great views.
